1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and Spume & Soul, operated by Huda [Last Name] ("we", "us", "our", or "Practitioner"), governing your use of our holistic health and wellness services.
1.2 Acceptance
By booking a discovery call, scheduling an appointment, enrolling in a program, making a payment, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.
1.3 Capacity
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are booking services for a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian with authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
2.1 Nature of Services
Spume & Soul provides holistic health and wellness services including nutritional guidance, lifestyle coaching, wellness consultations, educational resources, and personalized health plans. Our services focus on integrating mind, body, and soul for overall wellbeing.
2.2 Programs Offered
We offer three comprehensive wellness programs:
a) Foundations Program
Duration: 3 months
Investment: £750-850
Includes: Initial consultation, personalized nutrition and wellness plan, regular check-ins, educational resources, and ongoing support
b) Thrive Program
Duration: 6 months
Investment: £1,400-1,600
Includes: All Foundations elements plus extended support, deeper lifestyle integration, progress assessments, and advanced resources
c) Transform Program
Duration: 12 months
Investment: £2,600-3,000
Includes: All Thrive elements plus comprehensive long-term support, in-depth transformational work, regular reviews, and priority access to resources
2.3 Additional Services
We may also offer:
• Individual consultations
• Discovery calls (complimentary)
• Educational workshops
• Digital resources and guides
• Email support (as specified in your program)
2.4 What We Do NOT Provide
Our services DO NOT include:
• Medical diagnosis, treatment, or cure of diseases
• Prescription of medications or supplements
• Emergency medical care
• Replacement for medical care from licensed physicians
• Guaranteed health outcomes or results
• 24/7 availability or crisis intervention
2.5 Not Medical Advice
The guidance, recommendations, and information provided through our services are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Age Requirement
Our services are designed for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required, and services may be modified accordingly.
3.2 Not for Emergency Situations
Our services are not appropriate for medical emergencies or acute health crises. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department immediately.
3.3 Continuation of Medical Care
You agree to:
• Continue seeing your GP and other healthcare providers as needed
• Not discontinue any prescribed medications or treatments without consulting your doctor
• Inform us of all medications, supplements, and treatments you are currently using
• Seek medical attention for any concerning symptoms
3.4 Accurate Information
You are responsible for:
• Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information about your health, medical history, lifestyle, and goals
• Updating us promptly of any changes in your health status, medications, or circumstances
• Completing all intake forms and questionnaires thoroughly and honestly
• Disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications
3.5 Implementation of Recommendations
You acknowledge that:
• You are solely responsible for implementing (or choosing not to implement) any recommendations provided
• Any health, nutrition, or lifestyle changes you make are your own decision
• You will consult with your doctor before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes, especially if you have medical conditions
• We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your choices or actions
3.6 Communication Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Maintain respectful and professional communication
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner when action is required
• Keep your contact information current
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials for client portals or booking systems
4. BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS
4.1 Discovery Call Process
Before enrolling in any program, you must:
• Complete our discovery call application form
• Participate in a complimentary 20-minute discovery call
• Be approved as suitable for our services
4.2 Discovery calls are for:
• Assessing fit between your needs and our services
• Understanding your health goals
• Explaining program options
• Answering your questions
Discovery calls do NOT constitute the start of a client relationship or provision of health advice.
4.3 Program Enrollment
After your discovery call, if we mutually agree to proceed:
• You will receive program information and pricing
• You must complete and submit all intake forms
• Payment must be received before your initial consultation is scheduled
• Intake forms must be completed at least 48 hours before your initial consultation
4.4 Appointment Scheduling
• Initial consultations must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for intake form completion and review
• Follow-up sessions will be scheduled according to your program structure
• All appointments are scheduled through our booking system at book.spumeandsoul.com
• You will receive confirmation via email once an appointment is booked
4.5 Appointment Format
Consultations may be conducted:
• Via video call (primary method)
• By telephone
• In person (if and when available)
The format will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4.6 Appointment Preparation
You are expected to:
• Complete any pre-session forms or questionnaires
• Be in a quiet, private location for video/phone appointments
• Have a stable internet connection for video calls
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
4.7 Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the session, which will be counted as a completed session with no refund or rescheduling available.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Program Fees
Current program fees are:
• Foundations (3 months): £750-850
• Thrive (6 months): £1,400-1,600
• Embody (12 months): £2,600-3,000
Exact pricing will be confirmed at the time of enrollment and may vary based on specific services included.
5.2 Individual Session Fees
If applicable, individual consultation fees will be communicated prior to booking.
5.3 Currency
All fees are quoted and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
5.4 Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
• Credit card
• Debit card
• Bank transfer (where arranged)
Payment details will be provided upon enrollment.
5.5 Payment Terms
• Full program payment is due upfront before your initial consultation is scheduled
• Payment plans may be available upon request and at our discretion
• If a payment plan is agreed, the terms will be specified in writing
• Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in suspension or termination of services
5.6 Non-Refundable Deposit
If a deposit option is offered, deposits are non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether you complete the program.
5.7 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. However, if you have already paid for a program, the price you paid will remain in effect for the duration of that program.
5.8 Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date:
• Your access to services may be suspended until payment is received
• We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of £25
• Continued non-payment may result in termination of services and potential legal action to recover amounts owed
5.9 Processing Fees
You are responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or banking charges associated with your payment.
6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
6.1 Client Cancellation or Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must:
• Provide at least 48 hours (2 full business days) notice
• Use our booking system or email [email protected]
• Receive confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduling
6.2 Late Cancellation Fee
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice:
• You will be charged a late cancellation fee of £50
• The session will be counted as a completed session
6.3 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice:
• The session will be counted as completed with no refund
• You will still be charged the full session fee
6.4 Practitioner Cancellation
If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:
• We will provide as much notice as possible
• You will not be charged
• We will work with you to find an alternative time
• If we cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, the session will not count against your program
6.5 Rescheduling Limits
• You may reschedule appointments a maximum of twice per session
• Excessive rescheduling (more than 3 times in a program) may result in review of your continued enrollment
6.6 Program Cancellation by Client
See Section 7 (Refund Policy) for details on program cancellations and associated refunds.
7. REFUND POLICY
7.1 General Refund Principle
Due to the personalized nature of our services and the time invested in preparing for your care, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
7.2 Discovery Call
Discovery calls are complimentary. No refund applies.
7.3 Cooling-Off Period
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of program enrollment. During this period:
• If you cancel before your initial consultation takes place, you will receive a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee
• Once your initial consultation has occurred, the cooling-off period no longer applies
7.4 After Initial Consultation
Once your initial consultation has taken place:
• Completed sessions are non-refundable
• Materials, plans, and resources already provided are non-refundable
• Time already invested in your care is non-refundable
7.5 Partial Refunds
If you wish to discontinue a program after the cooling-off period:
• Foundations Program (3 months): No refund after initial consultation
• Thrive Program (6 months): Possible partial refund at our discretion for unused months, minus completed sessions and an administrative fee
• Transform Program (12 months): Possible partial refund at our discretion for unused months beyond month 3, minus completed sessions and an administrative fee
Partial refunds are calculated as: (Total Program Fee - Value of Completed Sessions - Administrative Fee) × (Remaining Months / Total Months)
7.6 Termination for Misconduct
If we terminate services due to your violation of these Terms (see Section 13), no refund will be provided.
7.7 Medical Reasons
If you need to discontinue due to a serious medical condition that prevents you from participating:
• You must provide medical documentation
• We will work with you to find a solution (pausing, extending, or partial refund)
• Resolution will be at our discretion based on individual circumstances
7.8 Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
• Request must be made in writing to [email protected]
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• You are responsible for any processing fees
7.9 No Guaranteed Results
Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with results or outcomes, as individual results vary and are influenced by factors outside our control.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
13.1 No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee, warrant, or promise:
• Specific health outcomes or results
• Weight loss, symptom improvement, or cure of any condition
• That our recommendations will work for you
• Results within any specific timeframe
13.2 Individual Variation
You acknowledge that:
• Health and wellness outcomes vary significantly between individuals
• Results depend on numerous factors including genetics, existing conditions, lifestyle, compliance, and circumstances beyond our control
• Your results may differ from testimonials or case studies
13.5 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking services, enrolling in a program, or using our services in any way, you acknowledge that:
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full
• You agree to be bound by these Terms
• You understand the nature and limitations of our services
• You accept responsibility for your health decisions
• You will continue to receive appropriate medical care from qualified physicians
