My path into this space wasn't straightforward. It was shaped by struggle, questioning and ultimately, a need for change.
For years, I trained and worked as a junior doctor, including time in the surgical field. I was surrounded by brilliant minds and life-saving interventions, but I often felt overwhelmed and disconnected. The system moved fast, addressed symptoms quickly, but rarely paused to ask: What's really happening beneath the surface?
Burnout became my wake-up call.
It forced me to step back and confront uncomfortable questions about health, healing and what it truly means to care for ourselves. I wanted to see beyond what I'd been taught. I wanted to remain open to different perspectives, explore possibilities, and come to my own conclusions about what resonated with me.
That journey led me into the world of holistic wellbeing. I found myself drawn to the psychological, philosophical, natural and spiritual dimensions of wellness. I spent time listening to various teachers. I read self-help books, reflected deeply and slowly began to understand that health isn't just about fixing symptoms. It's about understanding the whole picture with warmth, patience & a bit of kindness.
And that understanding led me here. To create a practice that blends the science of allopathic medicine with the heart of holistic health.
I don't separate physical health from emotional or psychological health.
I don't work from rigid protocols or generic plans.
Instead I look at nutrition, lifestyle, nervous system regulation, patterns & behaviors, the environment and context you are living in.
This allows us to understand what's actually driving how you feel & to work with it rather than against it.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based naturopathic nutrition while honoring the deeper, often unspoken aspects of health - your emotions, your nervous system, your life experiences & your inner wisdom.
