From our first conversation to ongoing support - here's how this unfolds...

Step 1

Reach Out To Have A Conversation

The discovery call is 20-minute opportunity for us to connect, explore your health concerns, discuss your goals & whether we're a good fit to work together.

What We'll Talk About:

Your current health challenges and symptoms

What you've already tried

Your wellness goals & what you are hoping will change

How we'll work together & whether that aligns with what you need

Which pathway might serve you best

What working together actually looks like

To have this conversation, you'll fill out a brief application form first.

This helps me understand your situation before we speak to ensure our time together is focused and valuable.

Step 2

Application Review

Once you submit your application, I'll review it within 2-3 days.

If I can support you & we seem like a good fit for a partnership, I'll send you a link to book your call.

Why an application?

I work with a limited number of women so everyone receives the attention, care and personalized, high-quality care they deserve.

The application process helps us both determine if we're aligned before investing time on a call.

If it doesn't seem like the right fit - whether because of what you're dealing with, timing or any other reason - I'll let you know honestly and try to point you toward resources that might serve you better.

Step 3

The Discovery Call

When we talk, you'll have space to share what's really going on, any concerns, ask questions about how I work & get a sense of whether working together feels right.

What Happens Next?

If we decide to move forward, I'll guide you through:

Choosing the right pathway for your needs

Understanding what's included & what our work together would involve

Looking at investment and payment options

Booking you in for your first comprehensive session

There's no pressure to commit on the call. Take your time. Sit with it. Reach out when you're ready.

Step 4

Enrollment & Preparation

Once you enroll, you'll receive:

A detailed intake form to complete before your first session

Instructions for any prep work (food diaries, symptom tracking, etc.)

Access to your client portal for scheduling and resources

A welcome email with everything you need to know

Please note: I ask for at least two weeks' notice to schedule your first consultation. This gives you time to thoughtfully complete your intake form and it allows me time to prepare for our work together.

Step 5

Your Initial Consultation

The first session is comprehensive and in-depth.

Before this session, you'll complete a detailed intake form. This gives us a foundation to build from and ensures we use our time together as effectively as possible.

What We'll Cover:

Review your complete health history

Explore your symptoms, patterns & cycles

Discuss your lifestyle, stress levels & daily rhythms

Identify root causes and contributing factors

Create your personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocol

Set realistic, achievable goals

Answer all your questions

You'll leave this session with clarity, direction & a concrete plan tailored specifically to you.

Step 6

Ongoing Support, Collaboration & Follow-Up

Healing isn't linear & your needs will evolve.

Throughout, you'll have regular follow-up sessions (scheduled monthly).

What We'll Cover:

Review your progress and celebrate wins

Adjust protocols based on what's working or what's not

Address new symptoms or challenges

Deepen your understanding of your body

Provide continued education and support

Keep you accountable and motivated

Between sessions, you'll have email support to ask questions, share updates or request guidance.

Step 7

Integration & Beyond

As our work together progresses, we'll continually assess:

- What's serving you

- What needs to shift

- Whether the depth or frequency of support needs to change

- What you're ready to manage independently

As our work together comes to a close, we'll reflect on how far you've come and talk about how to maintain your progress.

Some women choose to continue with follow-up sessions on a less frequent basis, while others feel confident moving forward on their own with the tools they've gained.

You'll always be part of this community. Whether you return for seasonal check-ins, join future group offerings or simply stay connected - you're not alone in this journey.
